Tai Chi (with Nigel)

Tuesdays - 10.00 am - 11.30 am

As a form of exercise, Tai Chi combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. Studies show it can: reduce pain and the symptoms of depression, improve cognitive function, sleep, immune system, balance control, fitness and flexibility and reduce the risk of falls in older people. Tai Chi is fantastic for people of all ages as it does not put too much stress on the muscles and joints but offers significant health benefits.

Nigel trained in China and has been teaching Tai Chi in Thailand and the UK for over 25 years. All are welcome.
